The following international events are being hosted by the Scout Association in the respective countries. Scouts from New Zealand are invited to register their interest in attending any of these events. If you are interested, initial applications should be made through the National SCOUT Centre, and all participants attending an overseas Scouting event are required to complete and submit an Events Application Form. This form is available on our Members site.
Scouting is a worldwide movement and here are just some of the opportunities for members of SCOUTS New Zealand to get out into the world. This is where it all starts. These events are the perfect opportunity to meet others and learn about the world of Scouting. By participating in an international event, you will have a chance to get out and encounter the entire world all at once!
24th World Scout Jamboree – 22 July to 2 August 2019. The next World Scout Jamboree will be co-hosted by Canada, the USA and Mexico and will take place at the Summit Bechtel Family national Scout Reserve in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia USA.
