Brookfield Outdoor Education Centre:

Brookfield is an Outdoor Education Centre and permanent campsite used year-round by Scouts, Guides, schools, community groups, and by business houses for team-building exercises. Bequeathed to SCOUTS by the late Miss Mary Crowther in 1958, Brookfield offers a unique environment with native bush, and facilities designed especially for youth leadership training.

Activities available include a lake - with canoes, rafts & lifejacket equipment provided, Challenge & confidence courses, two flying foxes, a swimming pool, two campfire circles, walking & tramping tracks, open areas for games & activities, native bush, mature trees & creek for conservation study, outdoor chapel, eeling, bird-watching, a permanent orienteering course and abseiling.
