Camp Sladdin:
The campsite was obtained thanks to the foresight of the then Scout District Commissioner Colin Browne and the Scout Leaders of the day who saw the fun and achievement youth experienced when taking part in camping and outdoor activities.
The campsite sits beside 3 acres of tree shaded land and is bordered on one side by a stream. A further 5 acres of reserve adjacent to the site is available for camping if needed. A walking track loops around an old quarry which is now covered in native bush. It is an excellent area for nature study as well as for adventure and fun.
