The following roles have become available and are national volunteer appointments.
National Kea / Cub Leaders
The following Senior Volunteer appointments are due for replacement in March 2014. Heather Guptill (National Kea Leader) and Lisa Card-Webb (National Cub Leader) finish their term at the Scout Association AGM in March 2014. SCOUTS New Zealand would like to identify their replacements before the end of the year so the incumbents can be involved in the Jamboree Future Day and have an appropriate handover. National Kea / Cub Leader
The National Section Leader role is:
- Provide leadership for the development your section.
- Manage the development of the youth award scheme and the youth training scheme; and contribute to the development of the adult training scheme.
- Manage the preparation of your section national programme and related resource material.
- Membership of National Council

National Training Team Member
The National Training Team Leader, Alex Warriner, is seeking to appoint an additional member of the National Training Team. The Training team is primarily responsible for providing advanced training for Adult Leaders attending Scouting Advanced Personal Development (SAPD) courses.
