For a whole week during the July school holidays, the students are immersed in the fun world of photography. They will learn portraiture, lighting, still life and lots more to help them become a better photographer.
National Scout Photography School (NSPS) is the only photography school of this type in New Zealand for young people. The school is open to Scouts and Venturers interested in digital photography.
Students will also visit and talk to other professional photographers in Wellington.
Cost: Approximately $600 (to be confirmed) which includes accommodation, food, materials, access to camera & computer equipment.
Next School: Sunday 9 - Sunday 16 July 2017 (First week of school holidays)
Students should aim to arrive at Brookfield any time between 10am and 1pm to check-in. Opening Ceremony 1.30pm. Lunch is provided if you are on site.
