Regional Co-ordinator - Lower South Island (Part time 20 hours/week, Dunedin based)
We are seeking an experienced administrator/coordinator for our Dunedin office. The position reports directly to the Regional Development Manager for the lower south island. The successful applicant will be confident and competent in carrying out their duties and be up to date with the latest ‘best practice' administrative techniques.
The work is varied and includes a wide range of duties including interacting with the zones that support scouting activities.

22nd Scout Jamboree - Executive Officer
We need a special person to support the Jamboree Leadership Team (JLT) to effectively oversee the development and delivery of the next Jamboree.
The Executive Officer will lead a team of people who provide support to the Jamboree Leadership Team. This will be a combination of people:
- providing specialist support to address the important matters arising from the last Jamboree including communications, project management and fundraising.
- supporting the JLT’s meetings, co-ordination, logistics and other work being lead by the Directors/ Deputy Directors.
The right person for this role will preferably have a passion for Scouting and the Scout section in particular, had past experience with arranging event in Scouting or with other organisation, and demonstrated an ability to find and lead a group of people, including those with subject matter expertise and with more general skills.

The next Australian Scout Jamboree (AJ2019) will be held at The Bend Motorsports Park, Tailem Bend, South Australia between 4 and 14 January 2019. We are currently looking for a Contingent Leader and management team members for the New Zealand Contingent.
